Our founder, Ömer Bozok, PE, witnessed these obstacles firsthand and was inspired to create solutions that drive meaningful change. Our approach is to closely collaborate with our clients to understand their specific needs, challenges and provide them with a way forward. Founder’s Story
Hello, I’m Ömer Bozok, PE, and this is my brief story.
The seed for my academic and professional journey was sown during the 1999 Türkiye Earthquake. Witnessing the devastation, I felt a profound awe and a compelling desire to understand the foundations of our environment. This curiosity led me to discover soil mechanics and pursue a career in geotechnical engineering. I conducted research on slope stabilization with micropiles and managed the design and construction of heavy civil and environmental projects across the electric utility, oil and gas, waste, and mining sectors.
Throughout my career, I faced many inefficiencies, particularly around accessing critical information. This frustration initially sparked my interest in blockchain technology and its potential applications in engineering. Additionally, the 2020 Türkiye Earthquake was a stark reminder of the urgent need to bolster accountability and provide solutions that allow people to access vital information about their buildings, such as approvals by the Engineer-of-Record. Inspired to make a difference, I pursued further education in blockchain at Cornell University.
In March 2022, I left my position at a reputable engineering firm to focus full-time on exploring how technology, particularly blockchain and AI, could revolutionize the industry on both micro and macro scales. Since then, I have dedicated thousands of hours to research, prototype development, and collaboration with engineers to refine my ideas.
We have explored topics ranging from managing engineering licenses on blockchain to improving various day-to-day activities of project personnel. In the process, we have developed a working solution for AI-augmented RFP analysis and response. After presenting at multiple AI & AEC technology summits and meeting with business executives, I realized that I could better assist them with implementing their AI and technology strategies. This realization led me to focus on consulting and contractor work, actively pursuing partnerships with private and public organizations to build solutions that empower project personnel and elevate our collective capabilities.

His career spans from research engineering to startups, with significant contributions to open-source projects and active involvement in the Google Developer Group (GDG) community. Clive specializes in coaching, product development teams, particularly in automation, SaaS architecture, and data structures, with deep expertise in Google Cloud, ECMAScript (Dr SES), and applied technologies in bioinformatics, microgenetics, and manufacturing. His work is marked by a strong focus on privacy policy, IP patents, and the application of cutting-edge technologies in regulated domains.
